happy birthday to me!

had an awesome birthday. thanks to all the friends and family that celebrated with me, although i do pray that i would never have to eat another buffet ever again. i’ve been to enough to last me the rest of this year.

thanks to julian especially, for getting me what i always wanted AND MORE. i haven’t played much of the kingdom hearts game yet. i just popped the game cartridge in not too long ago. saved after a cutscene. i don’t want my self to get sucked into the world of disney right at the start of my o levels now do i?

lol

so i’ve taken the plunge and dived straight in to the o levels. The english papers are over and done with. i absolutely cannot wait til the last day of the exams. i’d probably burst trying to sit still on the last day of the papers or something.

so i noticed that my brother has been using my laptop to print his portfolio. kind of stole a peek at it and i must say, he’s english is acually pretty fluent. a 360 degree turnaround from what he is in real life when you talk to him. XD

i need to start learning C4D soon. i despise the fact that i’ve been using other people’s renders lately. ): why isn’t there a C4D mac version? dammit.

on another note, i’m stuck for art. thanks to samlim and his big ol’ bright ideas, i’ve never had such a huge artist block in my life. maybe i should do what qarissa is doing and ignore him completely, however, i really do want that A1.

got to thank my brother for all his hard work and planning for the upcoming trip. at least he’s doing something good in his life now. he’s going to get a degree or something in another school for one and a half years. i heard about how the school might be somewhere in america or austrailia. i just hope it doesn’t mean that my parents now have to work doubly hard just to be able to let him study.

makes me wonder whether i should take up a degree in the future as well. the thought of studying for so long scares me. nowadays, diplomas are just something everyone out there in the working world has now. i’m sure that i won’t go far with only a diploma. ): unless i’ve got really good connections.

oh well. O levels come first. (:

the december japan trip is coming along fine. although due to the lack of time, qarissa wasn’t able to get her passport today. well, at least it’s renewed for another good 5 years now. i’m good for another 4 years. i’m currently thinking of what i should get from japan and what i should bring over. winter clothes are for sure, but my mom wants me to bring boots. i hope my bags don’t exceed any weight limits. ):

i heard from my bro that there would be an Asian Kung Fu Generation gig around the days when i will be in japan. i really want to go. it’s going to be awesome.

i can’t wait. hotel and air tickets booked and flight confirmed on 16th of december at 6am.

lol. i’m actually watching arashi no shukudai now.

its aiba sugoroku again! :3  they’re dressed as train station masters! yamanote line sugoroku! i don’t know why, but i burst out laughing at the very start when aiba came out. because they came out in a straight line. aiba infront.

“gatan gotonnn…. gataan gotonnnn”

XD he was mimicking a sound of a train wtf. yay for aibaka. XD

then they has this, 新橋、びしばし。(shinbashi, bishi bashi) i got reminded of the SHINBASHI video XD

sho’s first batsu (punishment)? panda になる！be a panda!

btw, the white cap he’s wearing is a panda hat.. LOL XD i think this is the first time sho actually got this batsu. i didn’t capture it, but aiba did an otage dance! it’s like something otakus do at concerts. they clap and stuff and do heavy movements o_O then afer that nino did it too. LOL suits nino’s akihabara inner soul.

is it just me or do i only notice the punishment part or they didn’t get much of the good things today? O_o; i didn’t see anyone eat except the guest who was eating the ice cream infront of matsujun.

speaking of matsujun, he became the “goldman”. i think it’s a reference to some egyptian thing.t hey had it in their other sugorokus. at leat this time he could move around. you can see his face in some pics.

and i really pity nino. he got whacked by the doS. (sadist) with a paperfan D:

actually matsujun might have a habit or something. he likes to say “sei!” before he does something.

XD aiba has the 熱い熱い”hot hot” punishment. where they place food which is boiling hot straight from the still hot pot onto your face/feed it to you or your body just so that you can give a funny reaction. ah the things japanese do for entertainment D: sho was the one that “fed” aiba.

and then sho got it too later on and aiba did it to him. yay sakuraiba <3

so as a prize, i think they gave him a choice of which line he wants to pick.  because when they roll a dice and land on a station name, beneath the station name can either be a batsu or a prize. so he picked one (i can’t rmb which) and he got his prize. you see his really “omg, i’m gonna die” expression above? XD he got a batsu. he needed to drink this really bitter drink or something.

of course the result of that is an aiba squirming around before the end of the show XD

the whole show was a havoc! trying to save money and stuff, so they’re filming exactly 30 mins so that they don’t need to waste money to ask the editors to cut the show to fit the time slot, which is what they always do. so everybody was all over the place XD

“we’ll do it properly next week!” is the last sentence from sho. XD

i’m too lazy to type in japanese XD

so i decided to go and see what gackt has been doing recently, i heard he was at some asia song festival or something in korea.

DX i <3 gackt, even though he’s 475 years old.

then, one thing led to another and i found myself listening to LM.C again D: i haven’t heard from them for agessss. i stopped listening to them right before they released their song for hitman reborn. ( ): i don’t like it when they go mainstream. alot of anime nerdfans.)

i actually found out about LM.C through Miyavi. Maya WAS his guitarist before.

when did i first know about them? …. ._. 200..8? beggining? no wait. it was around 2007 i think. yup. beggining of 2007 or late 2006. it was way before i met julian.

i used to be so fascinated with their jumpsuits. i wanted to cosplay as maya before XD i think calyx wanted to be aiji or something. but it never did happen DX they’re really unique. not every band can get away with naming a song “JOHN”. XDD

i remember there was a period of time i would always wear black shorts + vest hoodie, the chain at the side,visor and striped socks out everytime. XD i guess you can say i kind of changed my dress sense ever since i saw LM.C. i even vectored and made huge versions of the logos they had on those suits for cosplay purposes. ): thats how much i liked them XD

so i was looking at one of their appearences on heyheyhey. (downtown (the hosts) is downright hilarious and heyheyhey is always fun to watch 8D)

and then i realised that MAYA DOESNT HAVE HIS POOFY HAIR ANYMORE ): BUT HE’S STILL EATING HIS LOLLIPOPS SO IT’S OKAY.

but i guess it still suits him alot. it’s less wild. i think he’s a little not photogenic, he looks nicer when he’s moving. LOL

absolutely <3 what he’s wearing in this pic. 8D more inspiration for clothing combinations in the future. lol. i don’t really like what they were wearing at heyheyhey though. maya has fur on his shoulders.

i don’t like fur, but aiji is looking muccchhh better (: i used to not notice him XD;

…i suddenly feel nostalgic. ): maybe i should have cosplayed as maya when i had the chance.

oh well ): i’ll be waiting for their new single GHOST†HEART :3

OMG

天国で君にあえたら　Tengoku de Kimi ni Aetara (nino’s new drama SP) is showing on TBS now!!! i was kind of bored and decided to open up keyholetv to watch some himitsu no arashi chan happening later on at 9. (ALTHOUGH I JUST REALISED THERE’S NO HIMITSU NO ARASHI CHAN UNTIL 22ND OCT!! DX i forgot)

at first, i thought it was some kind of sappy drama,. until i saw nino’s face. but i’ll probably still download it when someone gets a nice high quality version of it. XD currently, it’s showing a scene with a patient with nino or something… the conversation is quite boring though. LOL

japanese tv reminds me the tv in the olden times. it doesn’t have all the graphic designs and special effects and almost all of their advertisements always have an actors advertising for them. it’s alot more easier to watch too. their advertisements are seriously short <3 some of the tunes in the adverts are seriously catchy. XD (search ”ninomiya shiratakimen” on youtube)

the drama appears to be really dramatic and angsty o_O but i kind of just started watching, so i don’t really understand the story as of yet.

in japanese name terms,
